Don Oscar and Doña Francisca began producing honey coffees in 2008 after an earthquake cut off the mill's access to water for several weeks. Using techniques used in Brazil and Ethiopia, their farm became one of the first in Costa Rica to use natural processing methods. For their yellow honey, 100% of the mucilage is left on the coffee and dried slowly on raised beds, being turned every hour.

Our weekly order cycle closes every Monday 11.59pm (GMT +8). On Tuesdays, our roaster and brand partners will prepare your order. For coffee, it will be either roast to order or from their latest roast batch.
You will receive your order within a week, usually on the same week on Saturday (residential addresses) or the following week's Monday (commercial addresses).
