Is your coffee organic?

Each coffee bean sourced on Cafebond.com is unique and different. While we do have organic beans, it is recommended that you look up details closely and determine that it meets your requirements.

Can I buy ground coffee on Cafebond.com?

We understand that your convenience is key which is why you can buy ground coffee on Cafebond.com. Our cafes do provide pre ground coffee for sale. Although we recommend that you buy the beans as you will be able to enjoy the flavour at its freshest!

Are the coffee beans available Single Origin or a Blend?

Cafebond.com offers a wide variety of coffee beans. Our cafes provide both Single Origins as well as Blends. While the blends are available on a regular basis please keep in mind that the Single Origin beans are updated every fortnight. What you find on the website today may not be available 2 weeks from now, so get them while you can!

How should I store my coffee?

Please ensure that you store your coffee beans in a cool and dry place. We recommend that you don’t store your coffee beans in the refrigerator if it can be avoided as the condensation may harm the flavour profile. You can continue to store the beans in the packaging it arrived in as it made to ensure that the beans remain fresh and retain their flavour profile.

Placing Your Order

Can I place my order as a guest?

In order for you to successfully place an order, it is important that you create an account first, after which you can complete your order. You can continue to use this account the next time you want to order more coffee from us.

I am not able to log into my account. What should I do?

Please click on the forgot password on the login page and reset your password. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@cafebond.com.

What payment methods are currently available?

Cafebond.com currently uses Stripe payment system to assist in our payment processes. Stripe accepts payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express amongst others.

The coupon code I have isn’t recognised. What do I do next?

Check the terms and conditions of the coupon code and ensure that coupon code is within the validity period. Please make sure that you are not using multiple coupon codes at the same time. If you are still not able to redeem, please send us an email at hello@cafebond.com.

What is your order cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order.


What is your shipping process?

Every Monday at 2359hours our orders window is closed; your coffee will be prepared by our cafes in Australia, either roast to order or from their latest roast, on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the beans are shipped from Australia to Singapore. Your orders then reach Singapore following 10 working days after which Cafebond.com carries out next day delivery.

For freshness of coffee beans, it will be slightly 1-2 weeks old which is the optimal period to use it for brewing.

What delivery services do you offer?

We currently deliver across Singapore through our local courier partner DLVR.

Do you ship Internationally?

Currently we only ship to Singapore and Malaysia, but we are looking at expansion to the Chinese markets including Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. Watch this space!

What do I do if my order has not arrived yet?

While we strive to ensure that your order reaches you within 10 working days, send us an email at hello@cafebond.com if it hasn’t reached you within the promised date.

While we strive to ensure that Cafebond.com provides you with the best possible we recognize that there may be a situation where you may want to request a refund or return.
