Can I buy ground coffee on Cafebond.com?
Providing convenience is one of the main key things we bring to customers, which is why you are able to select your Grind Type (Aeropress, Espresso, French Press, Filter, Moka Pot,) on the item on Cafebond.com. Although we recommend that you buy the whole bean as you will be able to enjoy the flavour at its freshest!
Are the coffee beans available Single Origin or a Blend?
Cafebond.com offers a wide variety of coffee beans that consist of both Single Origins as well as Blends. While the blends are available on a regular basis please keep in mind that the Single Origin beans are available in limited quantities hence what you find on the website today may not be available 2 weeks from now, so get them while you can!
How should I store my coffee?
We recommend storing your coffee beans in an airtight container to ensure retain its freshness. We do not recommend storing your coffee beans in the refrigerator as the condensation may affect the flavour profile.
What is the suggested recipe for brewing our coffee?
Please refer to our Recipe tab under each product listing to enjoy each blend to their fullest!
Steps that cafebond.com takes to be more sustainable
At Cafebond.com we practise sustainable methods such as using biodegradable bags for all our packaging along with the reduction of tasting cards to ensure that we do our part.
Can I place my order as a guest?
To successfully place an order, it is compulsory to create an account first in order to complete your order. You can continue to use this account the next time you want to order more coffee from us.

What payment methods are currently available?
Cafebond.com accepts payment via Stripe payment system with MasterCard, Visa, American Express amongst others.
The coupon code I have isn't recognised. What do I do next?
Please check the terms and conditions of the coupon code and ensure that coupon code is within the validity period. Please make sure that you are not using multiple coupon codes at the same time. If you are still not able to redeem, please send us an email at email@example.com.
What is your order cancellation policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order.
What is your shipping process?
Our weekly order cycle closes every Monday 11.59pm (GMT +8). On Tuesdays, our roaster and brand partners will prepare your order. For coffee, it will be either roast to order or from their latest roast batch. You will receive your order within a week, usually on the same week on Saturday (residential addresses) or the following week's Monday (commercial addresses). Free delivery for all orders for a limited time only.
What is your shipping process during COVID-19?
Due to Covid-19 we will be keeping stocks of selected coffee beans hence we are able to tend to your coffee needs sooner.
What delivery services do you offer?
We currently deliver across Singapore through our local courier partner Pickupp.
Do you ship Internationally?
Currently we only ship to Singapore and Malaysia.
What is your return/refund policy?
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the scenario of a product defect. Please note that the refund or return request is at Cafebond.com's discretion.
